Eligibility: The Union365 free trial is available to new customers who have not previously subscribed to Union365 services.
Trial Duration: Eligible participants may access Union365 services free of charge for a period of up to two months from the date of trial activation.
No Financial Commitment: No credit card or financial information is required to register for the free trial.
Free Onboarding: The trial includes complimentary onboarding assistance to structure and import all of your membership data as well as other structured data ( Excel, CSV, or other databases with limitation of up to 5 hours of Managed Services) to ensure seamless integration and use of Union365 services.
Usage Limits: The free trial includes access to all standard features available in the Union365 platform for a single user. Any use beyond standard features may incur charges or require an upgrade to a paid subscription. Advanced features requiring external integrations such email , mass e-blasts, correspondence mapping as well as programming features such as workflows, reports or business logic will not be available during trial.
Modifications and Enhancements: Any structural modifications or enhancements to the software during the trial period are not included and will require an upgrade to a paid subscription.
Cancellation: Participants can cancel the free trial at any time during the trial period without penalty. Upon trial expiration, users may choose to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using Union365 services.
Data and Privacy: All participant data and interactions during the trial period will be handled in accordance with Union365’s Privacy Policy.
