Location: Mississauga, Ontario – Onsite first 3 month, Remote possible after

Compensation: >$80000/year (Base Pay + Uncapped Commission)

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our Union365 product.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings with decision-makers for product demonstrations and consultations.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, calls, and progress in our CRM.
  • Sales Growth: Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, especially in SaaS or technology products, is a plus.

Work Environment

  • In-Office Position: This role requires full-time attendance at our offices. Remote or hybrid work is only possible after 3 month probation period.
